How to hide settings in editing mode for dashboards in Platform Analytics

Hello everyone,

I have not been able to find any resources on this so I am asking the community.

When you view a dashboard you can edit click Edit > gear Icon (Dashboard Settings):

What I want to do is hide certain lists or toggles from the settings panel, so that some or all users cannot see them or change them.

For example, the 'Data refresh' and 'Insights' lists.

Is there any way I can do this, preferably only for users that are not admins?
