Hello Everyone,
We want to hide the virtual chat icon/window for employee whose type is New Employee and we are using the "Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration" for enabling the VA icon. We don't have any role criteria to add. Please help me with any solution or suggestion to hide the VA icon.
