Hi Community,

how to hide variables if we have two choices one is High severity and another one is Infrastructure

based on selection of each will show respective variables

now if we select high severity under, we have another select box variable called which system/service is affected if we select any choice is in that variable will show choice option variables will display.

than select infrastructure it won't hide the high severity which system/service is affected choice variables

how to hide highlighted variables which are related to high severity under which system/service is affected choice variables eventhough change option from high severity to infrastructure

Looks like should just be possible with no code Catalog UI Policies.

Though you are asking this. So did you try and that's not working? Can you share what you tried?

I have used catalog ui policies to display the variables whenever we select either High severity choice option or infrastructure choice option

once we select high severity choice will display 3 variables in that we have one choice variable called which system/service is affected, if we select any of the choice option in which system/service is affected, which display respective variables

again if we select to infrastructure those high severity which system/service is affected displayed respective variables won't hide.

how to hide highlighted variables which are related to high severity under which system/service is affected choice variables even though change option from high severity to infrastructure.

Did you try catalog UI policy, it is very straight forward and do able.
