Create a word document for Incident

Hi

 

I want to create an incident document where it will contain everything related to incident different sources to create the incident. how to create incident with the help on contact type like alert etc. Please guide me how can I achieve it as client needs all the information about all the work we did till now

This is very broad and it trigger to event management as well. To prepare this documents, you need to implement the event and alert management .
