How to hide variables on ticket page in service portal?

Hi All,
I want to hide variables from the Additional Details Section, We are using Tab Configuration Type as "Variable Editor(Read-Only), There are variables which are Agent Facing, those variables appear on the RITM but are hidden on the catalog form, once the form is submitted they show up on the Additional Details section to the end user. Please see the screenshot attached, The last variable "Please assess the nedd" is not available on the form but show up in the additional details, How can I hide such variables from Additional Section?

Hi @Charles Fredie Open your variable which you want to hide, you will see check box "Visible on Summaries", uncheck it then it won't be visible.

Hi @Harsh Vardhan ,
I already tried that, if we use Tab Configuration Type as 'Visible Summary' and uncheck the check box "Visible on Summaries" on variable record, it works
But here we are using Tab Configuration Type as "Variable Editor(Read-Only)", with this it is not working.
