How to highlight a variable on click of ui action in incident form.

Hi Team,

Good Day!

                      I have one requirement. I have one ui action re-open. when i click on the the additional comments in notes section should be highlighted or flashed. Like when we click on resolve, both resolved by and resolved will be blinked in that same way i want additional  comments to be blinked.
