How to Identify Which Role is Blocking Field Edits in ServiceNow

I have a user who is unable to edit certain fields in an HR list due to security restrictions. They requested additional permissions to modify more fields, and I want to grant them access.

The user currently has 80 roles, including ITIL and task_editor, which I believe should allow them to edit protected fields. However, they still can't modify the restricted fields, and I'm unsure which role is blocking them.

Is there a way to identify which specific role or ACL is preventing this user from editing these fields? Any guidance on troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated!
