Hi ,
I'm currently working on setting up Major Incident Management (MIM) in ServiceNow and would appreciate guidance or best practices from those who have done this before.
Specifically, I'm looking for help with prerequisites & questions that needs to be asked to customer before implementation
Any documentation, implementation tips, or real-world examples would be incredibly helpful!
