Modules are implemented by installing and activating plugin modules.

Following page contain information on how to install and activate a plugin.

For example, to activate "Asset Management", you would open "Service Definition" -> "Plugins". Go down the menu to "Product family" and check "IT Service Management". Find "Asset Management". If it's not installed already, click on the "Install" button.
