Please explain the process.

Hi Ram,

It differs per business demands. Mostly its 1 REQ-->1 RITM--> 1 Catalog Tasks

However, there are cases 1 RITM can have 1 or more Catalog Task. 

Consider an example of New Employee Joinee (1 REQ) & (1 RITM) but can have Catalog Tasks like

1. Assign Desk

2. Create ID

3. So-on.
