How to include hyperlink in Short Description of Catalog Item?

Hi,

I have a need to add Hyper Link in short description of Catalog Item, as that is displayed in Service Portal for users.

Is that possible ? 

If not I have to convince, to use URL field to be used in Catalog Item variables.

Hi,

1.Create a variable type is "Macro"

2.create a macro and add in the variable

3. you are able to see that UI macro variable in Legacy view as well as Portal view.

Not sure but if you are referring to below then I doubt it would be possible.

Also, why not try using  Description which will help to include URLs.
