How to include logo image (attachment) in a template (located in the sys_template table)?

Hello,

 

We are using sys_template templates for knowledge management right now. I have been asked to include a logo (attachment) as part of the template. I saved the template with the logo being displayed. However, when I apply the template to a new knowledge article, the logo does not display.
