How to increase the column label length from 80?

By Default "Column Label" length in column creation table is 80. How do I increases the size? and does this the best practice? Please suggest

Hi Saurav,

I want add Field Name which is having length more than 80 character. The Yes or No is Choice of the field. I have follow below steps;

Form-->Right click-->configure-->Form Design.

Field Type Select as Choice--> In the Label I have to give form field with more than 80 character. It is not allowing to enter more than 80 character. I'm able save but not able to show the characters/letter above 80 character in the form. How do I change this mximum length. Is this the good practice? Please suggest
