How to increase the display length of any variable on incident form?
in attachment you can see a variable called Device ID whose display length is full(Till the end of your form length) but for the variable just below it called Printer Names does not have full length as the variable above it.
How can this be fixed.

Hi that's because if you open the catalog item by going to maintain items module. Under variables you can see there might be container split variable added. hence the variable is displayed 50%

In the variable section there is an option to reduce the variable width to 50%, try that. It should reduce the width to 50% of page width.
If you want to increase the length of printer variable , increase the width to 100%
Please mark the answer correct/ helpful accordingly.

Hello Snowy,
please check what is the value of the "Layout" field on container or variable set and change it to "1 Column Wide".
