How to Insert/Update the value in Embedded list(Time worked) in the same form through ATF Servicenow

Hello folks,

 

I have a custom table form and I want to add(or)edit the value in embedded list in the same form  by using ATF step. I have seen Record Insert in ATF but want to know how to add or edit the value in the same form without redirecting to Time worked table. Could you please suggest any solution for this question. I have attached the image for reference.
