How to install CSM plugins

1) In application navigator, type plugins. You will find it under System definitions.

2) Type Customer service Management or Check "Customer Service Management". Choose any plugin from search results, click install. If required, check "Load demo data" . Refer to image below. This is not just for CSM but every plugin.

Search for Customer Service plugin (com.sn_customerservice) in plugin and install.

first you have to search for Plugins model on the application navigator, then search for "com.sn_customerservice" you gonna find it under family plugins section and install it, after that you have to reaload page to see the changes.
