How to install Event Management (com.snc.event_management) plugin?

Hi Support, 
I am trying to search on the web how to install Event Management (com.snc.event_management) plugin for ServiceNow and i came across this link below. However, after login to HI Service Portal, I am unable to see the left hand menu for the  Service Catalog.

Is there other ways to enable this plugin? Image below is the page i can see when i tried to access Now Support (Hi) Portal https://hi.service-now.com/ where there is no Service Catalog.

Hi @bettyg 

please explain better your situation, as it is not clear if you want to do this on your PDI or on a customer instance. In both scenarios, the approach is completely different!
