convert service portal widget to a mobile app ?

i have designed a service portal widget which user can use barcode scanning and badge scanning to check in at the techbar . I would like to convert it to a mobile app interface due to a lot of issue in the angular and ios limitation . 

how can i do that ? i am running the service portal widget on a ipad
