 VRM and IRM are not diffrent !!

IRM( which was formerly known as GRC), is a collection many other things , where VRM is also part of it:

Before you run GRC Vendor Risk Management in your Now Platform instance, you must download it from the ServiceNow Store.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

Follow the instructions for Download a GRC application from the ServiceNow Store for the first time.

• Vendor Risk Management and the Explicit Roles plugin

  Activating the Vendor Risk Management plugin also installs the Explicit Roles plugin. Administrators assign the snc_internal and snc_external roles to provide internal and external users access to the instance.
