How to Integrate SAP with ServiceNow Instance

I want to Integrate SAP with ServiceNow, so that we can create Service request ticket directly in ServiceNow, if anyone can provide document that would be help for me and others.

Hi Syed

We are encountering an issue in consuming the web service in SAP.

I have built the proxy in SAP by saving the WSDL locally and use that file to build the proxy.

When I try building the proxy using the URL or HTTP option I get a connection error with the ServiceNow link provided by IBM.

However, we are able to test successfully in creating an incident and it has been confirmed by IBM.

The problem is we are getting serialization/de-serialization error and the output from the INSERT in not getting populated in SAP.

I will really appreciate if you can help us in this area - it looks like an SAP issue.
