How to know field name on employee center

The field label is shown on employee center. I want to know its field name (example u_xxxxx). Where do I check it?

Hi @VarisaraV 

Mainly on the portal, it's all variables. To respect the catalog or service catalog, you can check there to see which variables have been added.
