How to know if record was created by using order guide or not?

Hello all.

We have a record producer which creates a record in custom table.

This record producer is added in an order guide as well.

Usually this order guide is submitted from Salesforce by agents and employees use record producer from SNOW portal to raise request.

Is there any way by which I can know whether record was created from record producer submission or order guide submission?

We have this table - sc_item_produced_record by using I can get some idea. But is there any other table like this for order guides?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @BijoyDeb ,

We can't add a record producer in Order Guide. Through Order Guide we can add multiple Service Catalog but not a record producer.

Go through your Order Guide once and cross check the Service Catalog.

@BijoyDeb To know about the item record is created from order guide you can view a OOTB field available on the requested item form 'Order Guide' field.

Tip:Verify the table sc_item_produced_record where you can see all record created from record producer.

@BijoyDeb

how did you add Record producer on order guide?

Record producer generates a target record

Since you said it's submitted from Salesforce by agents and employees, is there any integration for this?
You can use that API user and see who is the created by of that target record

If that's an API user or not.
