(1) If there is a failure of the ServiceNow platform, how will the contracted company be notified?
Is it by email?By phone?
(2) Also, are there different ways to contact you depending on the level of the outage?
(3) How are progress reports and other information provided?
(4) Which documents are the matters mentioned in (1) through (3)? Or, if there is a SerivceNow page where it is posted, please let me know.
