Hi All,
Currently we are implementing the auto assignment of Incidents to available Agent. It is auto assigning the incidents to available Agents as expected but, I would like to introduce a limit on the number of incidents an agent can handle per day. Specifically, an agent should not be assigned more than 5 incidents in a day. Can anyone please suggest a solution to achieve this.
