Hi All,
We are implementing the auto assignment of Incidents to available Agent. It is auto assigning the incidents to available Agents as expected but, I want to limit the work assignment records to Agents, like an Agent can work on 5 Incidents per day. It won't assign more than 5 Incidents. How can i achieve this, can anyone please suggest me.
