How to link directly to a service catalog item from an icon link on a service portal

Hello,

I have a URL icon link in my service portal. I want to put the URL of a specific catalog item so when clicking the link it goes straight to this record producer. How would I go about this?

Hi PranavSuj96,

Control + Right Click on the Icon Link > Instance Options and change the Type to Catalog Item and in the Catalog Item box, select the Record Producer you want to link to and in the Page box, the id of the page e.g sc_cat_item.
