How to load SharePoint excel/csv data into ServiceNow newly created custom table?

There is an excel file in SharePoint that is updated regularly by a business. I'm looking for a suggestion or help to do the Integration between SharePoint to ServiceNow where we can update the custom table twice in a day.

- Is there any REST API solution? or OOTB solution given by ServiceNow.
