Hi Vikas,
What is communications tab that you're referring to? Incident worknotes are available under Journal Entries table.

Hi,
You can query the 'sys_journal_entry' table for 'element_id' being the sys_id of the incident record, and 'element' being "work_notes."

Do you mean Communcate tab on Major Incident Workbench?
If YES, then
To log all incident worknotes in the communication tab, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to Incident > Major Incidents.
- Open the major incident record that you want to work on.
- Click on the Communicate tab at the top of the form.
- Under the Communication Plan section, you will see a list of communication tasks that are associated with the communication plan. You can filter the tasks by status, such as all, active, or completed.
- For each communication task, you can click on the View Activity icon on the right side of the task name. This will open a pop-up window that shows you the activity stream for that task, including any work notes or comments that have been posted by you or other users.
- To add a new work note or comment for a communication task, you can type your message in the text box at the bottom of the pop-up window and click on Post. You can also use the formatting options to add attachments, emojis, or mentions.
- To close the pop-up window, you can click on the X icon at the top right corner.
By following these steps, you can log all incident worknotes in the communication tab in ServiceNow.
