Hi Community,
i have the following task:
We want to gather Feedback - Something like "I do like the style of you portal".
Therefor I want to use the Surveys. But: As we are offering our Services without a Loged in User, I need this Survey to be open for all users. I found a option saying "enable public access". But this does not help. All i got was a link to Backend page - I`d like to use this Survey in the portal.
I even tryed a i-frame, but this look awful and is far away from state-of-the-art... (see Screenshot).
What do I want: A static Link to a Survey, everbody could fill in 🙂
Has anyone of you any idea how to solve this?
Thanks a lot!
Best,
Stephan

He was unable to find what they did. They did not make any changes to the widget so I'm not sure how they got a permanent survey to appear on the survey page of the portal.

Hi Stephan,
I don't know if you still need an answer, but since there hasn't been posted any in this topic i will give it a try.
You can copy a part of the url from your survey and paste it in the url of your portal:
https://[your instance].service-now.com/[portal suffix]?id=[portal page]&type_id=[sys_id of survey].
I have tested this in my personal dev enviroment and it works for me.
Kind regards,
Sébastien Mossoux
