How to make additional comments editable on the esc portal

Hi,

For the snc_internal user additional comments (html box) not visible on the portal once submitted the catalog item. We created a write ACL to make it visible, still its not visible for internal user.

those users should have field level READ AND WRITE ACL for comments

Did you add both the ACLs?
