How to make an RITM Visible to a specific group and the requested for person

I have a requirement to make the particular two catalog item related RITM should be visible only to the specific four groups and the requested for person and also the requested for should be able to view the other catalog item related RITM created by them.

Please check and provide your inputs.

you can use either query BR or table level READ ACL
