How to make attachment mandatory with only PDF in record producer

I have to attach only PDF and as mandatory before submitting the record producer

Now to limit to pdf only you can use variable of type Attachment and add the extensions it supports as variable attributes

allowed_extensions=pdf

If you want to use OOB paper-clip icon for adding file then you need a custom script to get the file names

Is this required for portal or native?
