ATF Create User Test Step

I want to use "Create User" test step instead of "Impersonate". But every time I add the step to a new test I have to configure the new user by adding all the groups and roles. I have users that need to run tests that have 60+ roles. Adding those roles to the test step every time is a pain. Is there a way to configure the test step once, and then keep re-using it? I wanted to copy "Create User" test step configuration to a new test step and add users into javascript, but not able to copy and for some reason "Create User" test step only has the description script and doesn't have execution script, so can't duplicated it. With "Impersonate" I had to create a fake user and configure it only once, and then reuse it for all tests. I wan't to be able to do the same with Create User.

You can create a Custom step configuration which will create a custom reusable ATF step .

I wanted to create a custom step that would create a user with groups and roles assigned. So, I went to the Step Configuration to see how Create User test step is built, so I could copy it and modify it slightly. Oddly, when I open Create User step I can only see the Description script. I cannot see the execution script. Do you know if there is a way to see the execution script for Create User step?
