How to make delivery information mandatory , when ordering catalog item through virtual agent?

When I order a catalog item through service portal, the delivery information is mandatory on the order confirmation pop-up page. But when I order the same item through virtual agent, I am able to submit this item without needing to enter delivery information. I would like to make delivery information mandatory through virtual agent as well. How can I achieve this? Please see images attached for reference. Thanks.
