How to make guided tour show in the portal?

I created a guided tour in portal, but how to make it show in the portal? Thank you!

Strange try this property also ... Set it to true and try com.snc.guided_tours.standard_ui.enable

I know why guided tour not show, because I did not select 'Header Menu' , Now I have a new problem, The 'tour' is  automatically come when I selected a Header Menu, It's default label is 'Tours ', How to change it's label?
