Hi All,

We have a query regarding a page content visibility in service portal. We have a field "More Info" under which we have few columns with text length max 70. Now we want to make 5 texts out of 10 text under this field "More Info" to be visible in red colour. How to achieve this? is this done via css? If yes or no kindly share your suggestions on how to achieve this? Attached is the snapshot.

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Kind Regards,

Raj

You can definitely achieve this with CSS. It that an OOTB widget or a custom one? And what is the logic for displaying certain lines in red? What attribute or property is this logic based on?

Hi @Slava Savitsky, it's a custom widget. The logic here is we want to highlight the emergency help text to differ from other texts in service portal. This is a string field which we want to display to end-users. We have total 20+ texts  under the column "More Info" out of which we have 5 texts "Emergency line for P1 & P2 during out of office times". Only these 5 texts we want to display in red colour.

Kindly suggest the css for this to be achieved. We don't have css skillset in our team, could you please suggest how to achieve this?

Thanks & regards,

Raj

How do you expect me to know what CSS rules to apply without knowing the structure of your custom widget?

Hi @Slava Savitsky

Please find the snapshot of portal page attached.

Under the field "More Info", you can see the text "Emergency line for P1 & P2 during out of office times". Only this particular text which appears for the few countries should be shown in red colour.

Please find the other snapshot attached which shows how the text should be visible.Display Outcome Expectation.png

This is what we are trying to achieve.
