How to make the Details tab by default while loading Agent workspace for HR

Hi All,
We have a requirement to make the default tab as 'Details tab of the HR ticket'. Currently While loading the Agent workspace, it is displaying the Details tab, At a glance and the comments& worknotes section as in the screenshot.
We need to remove the visibility of At a glance and the comments& worknotes section while loading the ticket page.
Please let us know if any possibilities are there.
Also is there any way to show the description field enlarged all the time. Currently we have an option to enlarge it, but i am asking if there is any OOB way to make the description field enlarged all the time.

For 2nd part:
Since the release of Fuji, ServiceNow has removed the option to allow end users to alter the size of the font displayed on an instance. The ability to increase and decrease the font size on an instance caused some reflow issues on the Document Object Model (DOM), which in turn would impact the end-user experience
For 1st part
As per my knowledge , it is as per design and changes are not easy and direct.
