Hi,
Is there a way to make glide.ui.polaris.experience property user specific? When I am providing the value of this property as true, since its a global property, the UI is changing for everyone who are using the instance. Kindly help on this.
Thanks and regards,
Vandana M V

Hi All,
Thank you for your responses. Will mark it helpful.
I do have another query i.e. for User Preference "glide.ui.polaris.use", we can only add single user but is there any way to add multiple users?

Hello,
At present in order to add multiple users in this , you need to duplicate this User Preference, uncheck System, and add our own user:
That how it works at present.
Thanks,

User preferences are individual, there's a reference field on user preferences to associate them with a specific user.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,

Thanks for your information, Mark. I appreciate your contributions.
My goal is to allow a limited number of pilot users to have the Polaris UI only. I tried to achieve this by creating explicit glide.ui.polaris.use = true preferences for those users, and then setting a false system preference to cover everyone else. I have not been successful, however.
It seems that when the glide.ui.polaris.experience system property is set to true, I am only able to limit visibility to Polaris by setting explicit glide.ui.polaris.use = false preferences for each user.
Have you had any experience/success dealing with this particular scenario?
Thanks,
Bob
