How to make the property 'glide.ui.polaris.experience' user specific?

Hi,

Is there a way to make glide.ui.polaris.experience property user specific? When I am providing the value of this property as true, since its a global property, the UI is changing for everyone who are using the instance. Kindly help on this.

Hi Folks ... 

Say for instance i have a case where there are 10k users and few of them need a new UI and few would like to continue with the old one .. How are we going to achieve this .. We can set glide.ui.polaris.use for every user individually so what if we need this in bulk and how can this be achieved ? Please advise...
