How to make Timezone Appear in preferences

Hi,
How to enable Timezone, such that it appear in preferences -> Language & Region -> Timezone should come here

What version are you on? I just checked on my Xanadu instance and it is there.

What role do you have? It is not available unless you have "admin" role.
