Hi All,
We are in the process of implementing ServiceNow FSM and need assistance with assigning work order tasks based on the caller's location.
Our requirement involves multiple assignment groups for the same location. By default, ServiceNow FSM works when only one location is tagged to the assignment groups. However, in our case, most of the work orders will be created from incidents, and we need to assign work order tasks based on both the caller's location and the incident category.
For example, if Location A has four different groups supporting different categories of work, the system should assign the tasks based on both the caller's location and the category of work.
Could you please advise on how we can achieve this functionality in FSM? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
