How to map another catalog based on conditions in decision table

Hi All, 

 

I am new with the decision tables, need 1 assistance. I have a requirement wherein need to add another catalog 'Software' based on conditions after selecting catalog 'Networks'. 

 

Requirement is 

1) when user selects Networks catalog, 

2) selects Location, then

 

Result - Hyperlink of 'Software' catalog should be shown using decision tables.
