How to mass fetch 100k CI's information fromm given small range of IP address ?

Hi Team,

I have a requirement that.

there are 10 computer in a network, using MID server we are fetching the information to CMDB ServiceNow.

so, there are 100k Ci's records are coming from network.

I want to know how to handle the 100k ci's records daily update/create from Discovery  ?

If any errors are coming how we can troubleshoot it. ?
