How to Merge servicenow store application updates with custom update set

Hi guys,

I have tried to merge the stored application with current update set, but the latest code not reflection into current update sets.

we have upgraded version would be stored application so i wanted to merge that code with current update set.

Please some one  suggestion the process of merging the stored application with current update set.
