How to modify service portal's request list layout?

Hi ，In the service portal request list(shown as this picture), I want to modify this layout to only show Request and State colum, what should I do? thank you!

Hi @1 3 0 7 ,

1. Ctrl + Right click on the widget.

2. Clone the widget and edit your New Widget. Because we cant make changes in OOB widgets

 

My Demo Widget Name = Demo My Requests.

If you want to remove Updated Column
then Remove Line No: 39 and from 59 to 63.

Note: If you want to remove State Column
then Remove Line No: 38 and from 54 to 58. otherwise don't remove.

how can I make new my request widget apply to the page? thank you

Hi,

Once you create clone of the OOB widget; made your changes

use these steps to link your new widget to the page

Look for Service Portal >> Pages & then check for necessary page. Open the page & then look for Open in Designer related link. Open it in designer view, remove the existing widget & replace it with the cloned one.
