How to modify the OOTB reports on this legal counsel center classic workspace homepage

I've the this OOTB legal counsel workspace, I want to make those reports visible based on roles. Pls help with the approach.

You can open the 'landing page' for this workspace in the UI builder and create variants of it. Every variant can be assigned to a certain role. Based on the role, a different landing page will show when logging in. You can add/remove reports, or even change the filtering on the report.
