Help me notify

I'm trying to notify support when a ticket is assigned to them, the problem is that it doesn't reach the other side, I create it and they don't get notified and I remove the 'Assigned to' condition and it sends the notification, the problem is that it sends it to all users in the group from whom the message is received

Help me pls, I'll have to apply the same logic to the user who opened the ticket, he has the same problem

Do you want to send notification only to the assigned to user ? If yes then try removing the "assigned to is me" from when to send tab and under whom to send in recipient form fields add "assigned to" field

That's not it, there will be several users over time, I'm trying to create a condition where the notification is sent only to the support that was assigned the ticket, the same logic will be for the user

In that case can you try triggering the notification from a BR written on the table which creates the ticket and then dynamically set the people who would be receiving the notifications. In this case the notification would be triggered through an event.
