How to Monitor Daily Imports and API Activity in ServiceNow

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice and examples on how to monitor my ServiceNow instance on a daily basis - ideally through dashboards.

I’d like to track things such as:

• The status of daily imports (success, errors, duration)
• API activity, including REST Messages and IntegrationHub calls
• Any other useful metrics or logs that help detect integration issues early

How do you monitor these aspects in your environment?
Any screenshots, architecture ideas, or recommended KPIs would be really helpful.

there is nothing available OOTB for this.

you will require a custom dashboard etc for this.
