How to move a Custom Application from Company Demo instance to Client instance?

Hi All, 

We have created a Custom Application  extending from OOTB Financial Service Operations application on our Company instance for demo purpose. Our clients were impressed with our custom built application and now they asked us to move the custom built application from our company instance to client instance. Is it possible to move the custom built application from our company instance to client instance? There are around 40 update sets we used to built that application. We are planning to make them in a Batch Update Set and move it to the client instance. My question is, Is it possible to move a custom built application from our company instance to client instance?

no direct way for this.

You can try this

1) publish that application to update set and you will have a complete big update set

2) then ensure you change the company code in that big XML since company code will be unique for each instance

3) once this is done then you can import the big XML into client instance
