On-call scheduling

Morning all 🙂

 

I need to setup on-call scheduling for all our standby groups. We currently use Shifts in Microsoft Teams. On Teams we have a standby list called BST-ERP Support but ServiceNow works on assignment groups and we have 11 different ERP groups. Is there a way to add it to the roster?

@Thereza Van der   , you can create on call schedules for all the assignment groups.

Where exactly are you stucked , what's the challenge ?

You need to create these groups in ServiceNow and then create a roster for each group.

The screenshot with the blocks are the existing ServiceNow assignment groups so the groups already exist. What I want to know is if there is a way to 'group' all these assignment groups into one schedule because currently on Teams we have one standby group for ERP so i don't want to have 11 different schedules with the same people on standby for all 11. I just want to be able to create one schedule for all of these groups? Maybe it is not possible, I am just asking as this is the first time I am setting up On-Call Scheduling.
